| Description: | Floating texture agent KC4030 Floating agent KC4030 is a kind of floating agent with the element acrylic acid ester, it can be applied to all kinds of PC system to produce the hammer pattern or wrinkle pattern. 1.Technical Parameters: Appearance :white powder Content: ≥98.5% Volatile matter: ≤0.5% 2.Application and Performance: ★When producing, the floating agent KC1210 should be by final mix method, it can not pre-mix or extrude with other materials, otherwise, it wont obtain the pattern, the recommended dosage is about 0.1-0.8%, then cool mixed with powder enough and uniformity, but the exact dosage require to be confirmed after testing. ★ As usually, its not necessary to add leveling agent, gloss enhancing agent or benzoin commonly when using it, so as to save the powder coating production cost. ★ In order to adjust the pattern effect, it has to adjust the weight and type of filler in PC formulation, more filler dosage makes small & shallow pattern, fewer filler dosage bring big & dark pattern and easy to reveal the panel. ★ More dosage leads small texture pattern, by contraries, fewer dosage makes large texture pattern. ★ When using this products, mixed and extruded all materials except floating agent KC1210 of powder coating formulation, the extruded technology is consistent with the powder, then well-mixed with KC1210 after pulverizing, it had better filter the powder once or twice in vibrating screen. 3.Storage: Store in a cool and dry place to avoid contacting other chemical products, keep away from heat and fire, sealed storage after each use. 4.Package: The product is packed in polyethylene-lined composite kraft bag, the net weight is 25 kgs per bag. | |
